Warren SThe easiest return process I’ve ever had for a rental truck.
MARTIN FWhen returning equipment along with the truck, after office closing, there needs to be away to secure equipment inside the truck. The appliance dolly was left inside the truck unsecured. Perhaps locks can be left in a lockbox, similar for key pickup for those truck rentals that can’t return the vehicle as planned and after office closing.
Gregory TWhen I arrived there was no one there but a note to call a number. This delayed my departure. I finally was given a code to get a key but then later during my move I got text messages to do the rest of the check-in on line from my phone. Doing the check-in on my phone was not what I wanted to focus on during my move and I couldn’t read the documents on my phone. Not exactly the experience I expected from U-Haul.
