They had a sign that said to park the truck behind the building, but there were about 50 trucks and cars back there so that was not possible and I had to leave the truck on the street.

There was no one there at 12 pm so I dropped off truck - the first location that I was to drop off truck was full and wouldn’t accept the truck. Had to drive around for 30 mins trying to find another location -then was charged for over mileage. Online system stinks

The individuals who handled the transactions were extremely pleasant and made the process as painless as possible. That said, it was still pretty painful just because of the wait. I arrived at 7:50 AM, ten minutes early for my reservation and I stood in line for almost a half hour before they got to me. It's not an efficient location, so I was shocked that they had so many trucks. It might be better to give some of those trucks to a larger or more central location. I had to drive out from Falls Church because the U-Haul in Falls Church didn't have the type of truck I needed available. I overheard that I'm not the only one who drove considerably out of their way to wait in a ridiculously long line. I would recommend U-Haul, but not this location necessarily.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this location is because the wait time was 40+ minutes to get my truck with only 2 people/groups in front of me (and one had a reservation). I understand it was a very busy hour, but there were two people working (even though they weren't at the front desk for the majority of those 40 minutes) so I feel like they needed to at least have one person up front at all times. It was quite chaotic and I felt like I lost a lot of time. The workers were very friendly once I got to the front of the line; my only complaint was the wait.

Dropped off equipment after closing. Getting to the location was akin to driving down a lonesome country road. Good thing it wasn’t after dark. Good news is that I rapidly received my check-in/closeout paperwork promptly the next morning.

My reservation was scheduled for 8am. I arrived at 8am and stood in line for 1.5 hours. Did not pull out until 10am which made my long moving day even longer. Customer service was clearly too slow. A line of 10 people should never take that long to get through, no matter where you are. A better system needs to be utilized to get rental equipment faster. Good thing I did the “pre-registration” to apparently “cut my wait time in half” or else I’d still be moving.

If I had the time I could write a book. You are fortunate to have one of the most dynamic, helpful and hard-working couple in any industry I have ever seen. There were some errors with my reservations, Marco and his lovely bride helped me get it all taken care of. My hindered, difficult and most aggravating move I've ever had in my more than 35 years of military and government service, became one of the the most beautiful experiences I've ever had doing a household move. If there was something I could do for them that could equal what these two did for me, I don't believe anyone reading this could comprehend the depth of it's worth. If you are fortunate to be in their presence, you will be honored as I have been.

Terrible service. It was extremely slow and the people working stopped helping people every few minutes to go do something else. I am not sure if it is understaffed that was causing the problem but it was a horrible experience. I will not be returning.

The facility is in a shady looking part of town. It had already closed for the day when I dropped it off around 6:30pm. I reset the trip computer mileage and fuel economy when I picked up the truck. Since the fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up, I used the mileage and fuel economy to judge how much gas to put back in, then padded it a couple bucks to a nice round $50 on the pump. The next day I was charged $9.xx for gas. I seriously doubt they put a drop of gas into the truck, and they certainly didn't put in 3 galllons. It is BS nickle and dimeing like that that make me not want to go through the hassle of renting a truck in the first place. Give me a full tank when I pick it up, and I will give you a full tank when I return it. No problems. Instead, you have lost any future business.

I dropped off my auto transport, truck, and equipment almost two weeks ago and didn’t receive an invoice until today - after five phone calls to the location. They also overcharged my by one day and have still not corrected the mistake. I have called three times since then and gotten only voicemail, and they have not returned any of the calls. Horrible location.

Pave the road. The road leading back to the uhaul place doesn’t look like you’re in the right place. And the road is gravel at the very end. But the people who run this location are the reason to go here

The staff is polite and professional. The only issue was with the UHaul App and reservation system . I received a confirmed rental online. After arriving at the pickup location (0600) and beginning the checking process the App said the equipment I had reserved was not "on-site." I had to wait until the staff arrived (0700) to rent a van manually - which went smoothly. Also the UHaul 24- hour customer service number provided on the web site never answered. UHaul needs to upgrade or improve its digital services.

Marco was incredible. We had been re-routed to Alexandria and he was very encouraging to us as it was our first time ever using a trailer. He was very busy as there was a long line of people there for rentals, but he made us feel as if we were the only people he had to serve when it was our turn with Marco. What an excellent experience!

Attempted to use the online check in the week before. Arrived to find my vehicle not there. The checkin website gave me a local number to call, mailbox was full. Called UHaul 800 #, had to wait for 15 minutes to get someone. She then put me on hold for 45 minutes without checking in as she tried to locate another vehicle. She then found one, but it was 30 minutes away. So after waiting an hour on the phone, a 30 minute drive in opposite direction, my window for moving what I needed using true dock and service elevator would have expired. Observation. I was told my 3 hour window begins when I take possession of they keys. When I went the next weekend, I arrived at my time, 10am, but waited in line for 30 minutes. So I got an extra 30 minutes. What happens if someone arrived at 1pm, they'd wouldn't have the vehicle back from me yet.
