LEON MThere was ice on top of the van that wasn't removed by staff prior to rental, the ice later came off on the interstate almost leading to an accident. Additionally, this location regularly does not adhere to their posted hours of operation. This was by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience that I've encountered in 30+ years of renting with uhaul.
Kenyatta PI dropped the truck off after hours and there was no lighting. Had trouble finding key drop box. Suggest a motion light
