The staff at this location was late to work. There were four groups of people waiting to pick up trucks at 9:30 AM and they were not open on time. My truck was dirty in the back (soil, batteries, wire, old brushes), which I had to clean. None of the extra equipment I ordered was loaded. (I already called and had a representative remove those charges from my invoice.) They do not give two flying fucks about customers at this place.

JOHN MVery dishonest. At the end of the service I added gasoline even more than where it was and dropped the Van key inside the box. When the bill comes the guy charged me for gasoline again. I just called the guy and told him I already put gasoline and why you guys charge me again? He convinced but doesn’t want to refund the money. In addition to that very disrespectful and worst customer service.
