The truck was not swept and no blankets for the furniture provided. The associate failed to go over the contract with me, failed to look over the truck with me, and did not accurately notate the amount of full. He handed me the keys and pointed out the window to the truck. Never even walked out with me to check the above mentioned steps. I filled the tank to the same amount I was given and then CT U-haul attempted to assess me $56 for a full fee. Due to limitless indicating that it had a full tank. Which had he gotten off his seat, would have seen. Overall extremely poor customer service.Mariam C.
I originally ordered online at a different location. I needed a pick up truck to transport a large freezer, which I also ordered an appliance dolly, being I was doing this alone. When the day of service arrived, I was transferred to Limitless, which at first was fine. I didn't have a preference, just needed the service. At check in, I was told I would be using a box truck. Hopefully the freezer will fit vertically, I have to drive an hour to get it. But this change in my order plans were last minute and I didn't have time to go elsewhere. She also told me she wouldn't charge me because chances are there's no dolly in the truck, people tend to keep stealing them, and Limitless now has stopped replacing them. I get in the truck, it smells horribly like cigarette smoke, nauseating, the drivers side door doesn't close completely unless you slam the door with excessive force. I drive to exit 17 off i87 Northway and stopped to a Corporate Uhaul and asked if I could pay them for a dolly, being I'm along and the truck also doesn't have a ramp. They store gave me a dolly to use as long as I left it in the truck when I returned it to Limitless. I get the freezer, which I had to lay down because I have a small box truck vs the pick up truck I initially ordered. I also has to lift the dolly and freezer up into the truck because there wasn't a ramp on the truck. I was able to get the freezer home from there. When I returned to Limitless, I explained the situation and that there is a brand new dolly in the back of the truck. And due to the way this experience went for me, I wasn't going to replace the gas (Â¼ tank) that I used as trade for having to get my own dolly from another location and then not having a ramp. All of which I ordered from the beginning but never received. Which made my job much harder than it had to be. I told them that I was not accepting a charge of gas because of this. Turns out, it didn't matter and I was charged anyway. I didn't fight it, wasn't worth the energy, I'd just won't go back to Limitless. But, that's not who I originally ordered through anyway, so maybe I should try enterprise next time..Dave C.

I chose contactless pickup, but the keys were not in the vehicle, so I had to go inside where nobody was wearing a mask. The vehicle was dusty, indicating that it had not been wiped down/sanitized. The passenger side windshield wiper didn't work.Justin P.
they lied about the gas level, they had the truck parked so the only option was to blindly back out into a major 55 mph highway, and the staff was rude.Michael R.
Being forced to use the online ap made this experience a nightmare,And adding up all the time i was getting help for the app and taking countless pictures all in all about 4 Hours, While all the customer reps were very helpful problems with this ap information going in then disappearing,I hope i never have to do this again!Richard B.

Last year when I rented a UHaul from here, they did not have the UHaul I had reserved, and inconvenienced me greatly. Unfortunately being in a small town, I don't have many options and had to give them ago again this weekend. I was disappointed to learn upon arrival of picking up the truck that they did not have the utility dolly I reserved with it and needed to help assist with moving my large appliances.Amanda C.

The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. However, I had to settle for a cargo van, even though it was way to big for what I needed it for. The locations near Johnstown, NY need more pick-up trucks for rental.Kimberly L.

Selected to pick up at 7 am but was told on day of pick up that could not get it till 9 setting my entire schedule off by two hours which meant I did not get home till after midnight and could not return the truck till the next day. Was then charged two days because i returned it at 9:45 the next day and the system thought I had had it since 7. Passenger side door would not open from outside. Interior of storage section had several puddles in it the next morning under my furniture.Gary C.
