Customer Reviews

The back of the truck was dirty, female manager said it was ok to bring it back dirty, which I did not do! Also, I drove the truck 7 miles, put in $4 worth of gas and she charged me another 2.3 gallons for a total of $10.93. 3 1/2 gallons for 7 miles, that's a rip-off.

Very nice. I was so stressed I forgot to put gas in. I know I paid a fortune but she did not make me feel bad.

Nice new truck, good on gas too, 26'. Picked up at different location, had to drive a lot further, but stuff happens.. No big inconviencene

Fuel gauge is a pain in the ass to gauge. I did the math and figured I went 20 miles so two gallons should suffice if the vehicle gets 10 miles to the gallon. I'm pretty annoyed. Probably won't use you guys again.

The person kept being snotty when asked questions about billing and prices. He was rude and inconsiderate.

I was told my tank was on "full" so when I went to refuel the tank I "filed it up" which cost me $24. Not okay for two reasons; 1. I only traveled 7 miles according to the odometer and 2. when I first took possession of the uhaul that tank was right below the "F" yest after dumping $24 in the tank that evening the line was now clearly PASSED the "F" and truly full.

Overcharged for fuel, they said I didn't return with the same amount I left with. I traveled a total of 21 miles, I put in 5 gallons of gas to return at 7/8's (same as I left with), they charged $17.00 for 4 gallons of gas, so in 21 miles this small 10' van used 9 gallons of gas??? I had to contact the corporate office to get a refund, I was told it was a new employee, well if your employee cannot read a fuel tank correctly you have a problem, and now I think they charged tax on the fuel that they never put in the vehicle...small $$ amount HOWEVER that is still stealing from customers!!! Will not use or recommend this location
