I will no longer use Uhaul for my business. We rent several trucks a month and after the run around on this one I will no longer rent from UHAUL. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

The U-haul employee was not there. The only employee who was there did not know how to use the U-haul system. At first she refused to honor my reservation. Eventually she was walked through the process over video phone. It took almost an hour to process a reservation that already included all details regarding the vehicle, etc. She also didn't know which trailer I had signed up for and just told me to match the number on my receipt with the number on a trailer.... I returned the trailer the Same night as discussed. Two days later, I received my bill for two days of rental! When I called to complain that the return date was incorrect, he indicated that he had no control over that, I would have to call the U-haul corporate number.... I kept complaining and he finally corrected it after three calls and several hours. I will never return, and I will try to make sure no one else is victimized by this in the future.

Truck was had not been cleaned after last use and was obviously dirty with trash on the floor. Also, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally just renting it (after reserving everything online) was a 40 minute nightmare. The one and only convenience store clerk had to help us in between helping customers. When we got to talk to her she could not complete the transaction. She had to call a number and then we had to wait to speak to someone to complete the transaction. The dollys were not in the truck. We were given a key an directed where to retrieve the dollys at. They were in two different locations too. One in the back of the store and one outside the front of the store. When we returned it, another phone call was required to turn it in. And again, there was only one clerk who was running the convenience store and checking out the Uhauls. Do NOT go here. With all the stress of moving, dealing with this store is just an additional unneeded headache!

First the assistant on duty was very apologetic and tried to help with my rental to the best of her ability but it took an hour to finally be given the keys to my truck rental. Then I was double charged for the rental. What is a Safe Move charge? I did not agree to anything other than renting a truck for 2 hours. I would appreciate you looking into this matter and crediting me some kind of refund for my inconvenience and the inconvenience of people that were waiting to help with my move. Please credit my account the 71.48 that you overcharged me. Thank you

very unpleasant experience. There was only 1 person at cashier, helping both grocery customers and U-Haul customer. When processing my return she stops several times to help grocery customers first. After I told her the dolly and blankets are inside the truck, she asked me to go all the way to the truck and take them to show her. When I brought everything inside, she then told me to hang the dolly outside. That is not my job - she should be the one to place them wherever she needs after I showed them all to her. I wasted an unnecessary 20 minutes there..
