I got a reservation 1 week in advance when I got there in the morning there was no truck I had to go to three location before I got my truck I will never rent from u haul again. The representative at the first stop was incompetent he said my driver's license was no good

We returned via night drop, and they charged us an extra $47 in gas even though we filled up the tank to where it was when we picked up the truck, and they charged us $25 for cleaning it even though it wasn't dirty. They knew we couldn't do anything about it because we weren't there since it was a night drop. What a rip off.

I picked up this moving truck for a move from CA to Idaho. Upon inspecting the truck, I advised the business owner that the tread on two of the rear tires was just above the wear bars and would be to the wear bars before we made it to Idaho. The owner stated that he couldn't do anything about the tires and and that we would be OK. The tread came off one of the tires before we made it to the CA/Nevada border. Luckily, the contract road service crew was great. This vehicle was covered with dirt and the tires were unsafe. I would not pick a vehicle up from Full Service Diagnostics.

Overall my experience was pleasant. The truck itself was well maintained and it ran in emaculate condition... The other problem i had was a minor issue once i returned the truck we have a current mixup on how many miles were driven. When i got the truck the odometer read 53023.0 and when i gave it back read 53064.0 The man tried to tell me i drove 40 miles but i didnt at all. Only drove a total of 5 miles no more thaan 10.

Double check your key & paperwork numbers. Allow for 1 hour check out time (or more). Make sure gas level matches paperwork marks, and oil level is full. The vehicle, even though not "tuned up" for my use, ran great and was user friendly for my moving needs. I believe that the salesman was a bit stressed because it took over an hour to check out even though I signed up online. It was not completely his fault as his internet connection kept failing and then we found that we had to switch credit cards because my first choice was not clearing. His office became very busy so he had us check out the vehicle on our own. The vehicle was dirty on the outside and clean on the interior. We marked all dings, etc. and we noticed that the gas did not match what was noted in the paperwork (which was 1/2 tank verses the 3/4 tank). I was concerned about this discrepancy so I went back into the shop to speak with the representative. He said to fill it up where the gas level physically is currently prior to turning it in at our destination and we shouldn't have any problems, and if that was our only concern, we can wait for him to talk more or we could go. There was a huge line out his door so I said I was fine with his answer and I'd leave. I went to the gas station, filled up the vehicle and cleaned the window. I noticed a spider-like puncture on the top passenger side of the windshield that we had not noticed before so I told the salesman at my destination uhaul. I also noticed that the oil level was 1/2 full so we kept an eye on any changes, ready to add oil as needed but the oil level stayed the same throughout the trip. Upon turning the vehicle in, we found that the salesman gave us the wrong vehicle! No wonder it's gas levels were different, and it had not been serviced!

Very very slow service! Once i arrived i specifically told the guy in the front (which i believe is the manager/owner) i wanted to use a discount since a family member of mine is a uhaul employee and they get a 20% off. He completely ignored the discount everytime i brought it up. I told him about 4-5 times next thing you know my total is $99.13 & did he apply the disc, of course not. Bad service super slow system. Worse uhaul location ive EVER visited. Would not recommend to anyone.

First, let me say...I went online to order my truck. I wanted to go to a U-Haul right down the street from my house...which there were two. One to the east and one to the west. I put in my address and the computer took me to a U-Haul 6.2 mi from my house. On our root to where we were going, we passed both U-Hauls and several more that were much closer to my house. All of them had the same size truck we had rented. We only needed the truck for 3 hours, But with the additional mileage, additional gas cost... I figured it cost me $12.00 more than it needed to and added an additional hour travel time out of my already busy day. So it cost me $110.00 to use the truck for the two hours I needed it. It seems to me that the computer sent me to this location, for 2 reasons. It was additional revenue for U-Haul to send me further away from my home. And business for a rather rural U-Haul rental facility. I have learned a very valuable lesson...not to ever use the computer rental again and to start with another rental company that is more client oriented. Then when we got to the rental yard to return...the truck...the owner was not there to receive it. The employee called...the owner said he would be there in a couple of minutes...we waited over 20 minutes for the owner, which never showed up. We had the employee call again, as I had another appointment. The owner had us just leave the truck and leave. All in all, it was a much more complicated rental than it needed to be.

When I got there to pick up the trailer, I arrived at 8:30. The pickup time was 8 am and that is what time they opened. They were not there and the business was closed. I called and the worker came pretty quick after that. That was my only issue with this location.

I had to inspect my truck myself, and upon returning the truck I was charged double what the mileage was. Very displeased
