Honestly the people at this location knew nothing. I did my booking online cause it was actuaries to be faster. The iteration working didn't believe me Ann's wouldn't give me the truck till he talked to someone from Uhaul on the phone.

I called customer service one-way rental, and then decided to return it back to the same location. Uhaul charge me for the one-way rental Plus round trip fee ontop of it!!!! REALLY!! . It's going to be a long time before I rent from U-Haul again or recommend them to others after all this!

I had an awful uhaul experience from pre rental to pick up to drop off. Before we submitted our rental online I called to inquire about us having a city to city move and the online registration not giving us the option to select a different drop off city. They said to book the rental and after it was booked they could help me adjust the drop off location to make sure it was right so I booked the rental. Then, there were bad storms and the power was out when I picked up the rental so it took longer than an hour to even get it and the person sitting outside the shell was not helpful. He basically said good luck and call uhaul cuz I can't help you. After we finally got the truck and got home to pack it up I noticed that the drop off location was listed as the same as the pick up location which wasn't okay because we were moving to a different city. We had an 8 day rental in order to pack and move to our new home. During that time I called uhaul at least 5 times to get my drop off location changed. I was frustrated everytime I called. I felt like I had to explain things everytime when I just wanted to make a simple change to my drop off location. I had two people tell me this wasn't possible even if I paid more before someone finally helped me make the change. After the change was made the drop off location want updated in my account so I called back in to try to figure out what to do with my truck at drop off. They then told me to just leave the truck and drop the keys which I was very hesitant to do because of the awful experience I had so far but this is what I did. Four days later I finally got my receipt. The charges looked accurate except for the gas I was charged for which didn't accurately represent the fuel end versus fuel begin on my rental because I never got to complete check in or check out on the vehicle and thus didn't get to personally submit the photos I had taken off the levels at start and finished, which matched. In the end, I simply did not care about this because I just wanted my experience with uhaul to be over with. I will never rent from them again.

The service was raunchy.The station is too small. The one person running it had to keep putting the gas/beer/ cigarette customers before Uhaul. I stood there for over 40 minutes. When I returned the truck, he asked ME to go back and read the miles and write them down for him! He was trying, but they are just trying to to make money without the space, time or manpower.

I was told to leave 7/16 tank of gas. How much is that? I wasn’t sure either. I filled before I left the origin city and ended up only using 1/4 tank. That means there was over 10 extra gallons in the tank. I was still charged $7.80 for extra mileage. I didn’t go anywhere in the truck I didn’t need to and feel that it’s was pretty petty. The operator at drop off said he had no option but to charge me. That should be changed.

The guy from there wanted to sell me the biggest truck he had even though he had the medium one I wanted AND I had done everything online and just went to pick up the keys to the truck and HE HAD THEM but said that I didn’t appear in his system and that he didn’t have that truck. Ended up charging me almost $150 for a truck that I didn’t want. I was there for like 45 mins and I cancelled the contract but the guy from Customer Service said it was my problem not his. Very rude about it. Went to another gas station to rent one, and lasted there for Max 15 mins and he was very nice about it and I got the truck I wanted.

This location needs training on system; trailer was given without electrical connector (I didn't realize it because I have my own, it was brought-up at drop-off). I reserved at the pick-up location of my choice, but was sent to this one. Took WAY TOO LONG to pick-up and go.

UHaul representative was not knowledgable, he asked us to look at his computer "to sign in", odometer reading on receipt at time of truck pick up did not match the trucks odometer, UHaul representative giving us the truck started and stopped the transaction multiple times to take care of gas station customers, we returned the truck a day early and the representative said he didn't know how to give us a credit for this,,,,,,although we had always received a credit if we returned truck early in other states.....very poor experience, also wanted $28 safe move and was only given $14 safe move.....

I have had nothing but issues with uhaul; I will never use them again. First issue I had my truck was canceled for no reason and Uhaul couldn't figure out why this happened, and I never got an email or anything about this cancellation. Then a week later I ordered a new one, but the people working there didn't ask for my name or my account number so they set me up with a whole new order. But they couldnt speak English so they got my name wrong and ended up giving someone else my original order under my name. Then when I returned the Uhaul that they did give me they proceeded to tell me it was my fault and was very unprofessional and argumentative with me. I also did not recive a receipt or paperwork from them. Nor did they inform me I had to fill up the tank so they argued with me about that. I will not be going back to this place, also I will be useing a different moving service from now on and refer others not to use Uhaul.

First of all i went to the place i so called rented it from on the web. And they told me it was not there. It was down the street. . ( i chose them because i hsve never had a bad experice with Grand Rental in appleton wis. Don't have anyone get there truck and trailer from them. The trailer was not even hooked onto the truck . ( My son and I try ed to hook it up. But it was to heavy for us to hook on. And it was frozen to the ground. If they used the truck to drop it off they should have kept it hooked on to the truck . They didn't come out to help until I got upset . Thenall they had was a rubber mallet to get the trailer out of the ice . I called the first place I went to and the young man from there came down in 10 min and had it hooked on in less then 5 min. Had me fallow back to the store and drop it off so I could load up the truck. And the next morning hiked the car trailer on the truck. Help me get my car on the trailer and showed me what to do. To keep the car save .
