The truck was ready to go right at my reservation time. They had the blankets I ordered loaded up in the back for me. They answered all my questions and were very helpful throughout the process.

The guest parking on this site was very tight, due to their inventory of ATVs, motor scooters, and UHaul vehicles. It was difficult to get in and out of the property due to being at a busy intersection.

Location is not professional. Barking dog was constant and present during check in process. Truck was not well-maintained: no washer fluids, need new rear tires, dirty cabin. Not a lot of room for parking and backing out. Definitely need a spotter.

The location was a bit tricky to pick up from bc it is off a busy road. But the staff were friendly and accommodating. The truck worked okay but was a bit banged up to begin with and didn't appear to have been cleaned from the last user. Didn't bother me too much

The app didn't work. I had to go out and use a web link. Also it does not tell you beforehand that you have to validate yourself 1 of 3 ways. The folks at the shop were helpful, but I probably wouldn't use U-Haul again as the online check in process is clunky.

Tell the people that are renting out the UHAUL to clean the wind shields after each use....The front window of the truck I rented was absolutely FILTHY on the inside and out. Totally uncalled for.

The smart phone process is not efficient and creates additional stress in the moving process. Also you need to be more upfront about the “convenience” fee. I will not use I haul again.

I have used UHAUL many times over the years. All good experiences, until now. I called a specific UHAUL location close to my home and reserved a truck. I was told I could pick it up as early as 9AM. I was there just past 9:00 and they were closed. I called and left a message. Around 9:45 I was called from a different location to remind me I had rented a truck. How would I know that I would be picking up a truck at a different location than where I reserved it? Upon arriving I was subjected to a rant by I assume the owner how he is not affiliated with UHAUL and they should not even offer them anymore, it was not worth it, and on, and on and on. I was standing there renting a UHAUL and there were UHAUL trucks in his lot and UHAUL signs on his building, but he was not affiliated with UHAUL. Not a warm welcoming customer service oriented environment. The woman behind the desk however was very professional and did her best to ignore him, so I also ignored him and he stomped off, ranting. I advised I would be dropping off 6;30 or 7:00. I had to walk back in and ask where the drop box was. I was advised to just drop the keys ion the box. When I returned, I took pictures of the milage and gas, along with a bunch of external pictures, locked the truck and dropped the keys in the box, as I noticed a sign inside the lid advising me to go to a website to complete my return. The website would not load, so I went to my original text from that morning, logged in and found a place to process my return. First thing it advised was to take pictures, however it would not allow me to use the pictures I had just taken, only new ones. So I took the same picture over and over just to get through the process and then commented at the end. I have not yet heard anything but I should be getting a refund as I overestimated my mileage that morning.

Despite being told I would receive a receipt for my order by email, it has not been received. Also, although the personnel were helpful and seemed like good folks, the location was "not clean or inviting".

Disappointed with the price. My $29.99 rental ended up being $138. I get the mileage, I get the 1 time insurance charge, however I understood that I had it for 24 hours and don't understand the double charge. ??

This was a joke- worst experience picking Up something from U-Haul EVER! Dolly was not at original location as reserved- I was sent to three other locations before I was able to find a dolly and a U-Haul center that was actually open. Will not use U-Haul again...

Other customers parked badly when returning trucks so we were unable to park in the correct space. Parking lines on the pavement would be helpful for this situation.

We were scheduled to pick up at Rynos Garage in Canton NC at 9 AM. We were at the location and waited till 10 AM, the business was closed. We called UHaul and were told to pickup at Burnouts . We were givin 30 extra miles for the mistake. While in route from Rynos to Burnouts we received a call from Rynos Garage and was told we are open and you can come pick up your truck. The person who called said that she had car trouble. This person works for a Garage and her excuse was she had car trouble. Most people have cell phones, why did she not call and let us know this , instead we waited an hour. Not good business practice. Burnouts was great handled the whole rental experience professionally, would rent from their location again.
