Better service at pickup would be nice. I did not receive the furniture pads I signed up for, was unable to check in before pick up and nobody answered the U-Haul help line when attempting to pick up

The check-in process was not good. We used the on-line reservation process, uploaded everything (as done numerous times before), and the pick-up location was unable (or unfamiliar) to execute the pick- up without a 20 minute delay. This element was the difference between an Average and Excellent rating. We would use them again, though there are superior providers in town. The vehicle was adequate, though the ramp was missing a strap, making it difficult to pull out, without cutting one’s hand. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
David DDon't move locations. I had picked a different location in athens since it was a uhaul store, and walking distance to where I needed. Due to the change in location a variety of things had to change and was very inconvenient. Also, due to the added miles from the shop to the truck I was then charged extra as it wasn't in my contract.
Hannah MTerrible trying to complete rental pickup with phone. Photo uploads did not work. No way to connect reliably to U Haul and finish retal with phone. Using phone to rent is a bad idea.
