I have never rented from Uhaul before. What an excellent experience!My reservation was made online and the pickup was easy and flawless. The two employees helping me were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. The rental van was in excellent shape and performed flawlessly. Returning was easy. It was extremely hot that day(100 degree plus heat index) The lady offered us a bottle of water, which we needed much. This was such a pleasant experience I am already planning my next use of Uhaul products. Thanks for excellent service. Uhaul in Auburn, Alabama Shug Jordan Drive.
