The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone made it super easy for me to rent the truck and helping me set up my reservation at my pick up location in killeen.. And was very nice and extremely helpful.. Was dealing with another uhaul dealer and the guy was super rude and wasn't helpful what so ever.... But at Watson & Taylor, they will go above and beyond what is expected from a place like this!! Thanks again for talks help!!!!!

Directions for self-service pickup of rental trucks were unclear on the website and the email. Please make it clearer when customers are selecting "pick up by mobile phone" what that option entails.

equipment problem - the seal (?) / rubber strip between top of windshield and roof was loose and flapping against the roof of the uhaul - for 150 miles from Austin to Houston.

The trailor leaked. There was a huge hole in the floor. A large amount of my stuff got wet. The place I picked the trailor yp was very helpful. I was missing cotterkey and they gave me one for free. They helped tighten the ball on my hitch for me.

Emotionally and spiritually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a UHAUL before. The manager Katie is quite simply killing the game! Someone give her a raise!!!! She defines the standard when it comes to costumer service.

I was double charged so I contacted the manager who said she was going to take care of it refund and charge the correct amount. I was refunded but then charged the same amount as before. When I call to get it resolved the manager is never available. I mean this is people’ money. And when you say your going to handle it then do it right the first time. I still have not received the difference for being over charged and still have been unable to speak with management. I will never referr anyone to this location for anything. Completely unorganized and has no clue what they are doing. From the associate who checked me out and double charged to the manager Katie who didn’t handle it as she said she would take care of it sorry for the inconvenience. It’s been a week now and I’m still dealing with this.

Location was supposed to be open at 9am. I arrived early but the person running the location was 20 mins late. They did credit me for the appliance dolly and blankets which made it a little better.

The lady was 20mins late because she figured it was ok to make a deposit so close to her open time,, didn't apologize,, didn't speak,, just walked passed me and the guy that was also waiting.. She also made me late to meet my movers.. It was just overall bad service,, even the guy that was waiting with wasn't pleased!!

The manager, Katie, was not reachable at 9 a.m when the offices were supposed to be opened. 9 a.m is also when I had reserved my rental for. The doors were locked and the lights were off @ 9 a.m. She also took personal, non work related, phone calls while processing the rental for take out. I didn't receive my rental until 10 a.m. Her excuse was that she didn't receive our calls, and yet kindly showed us that she had a missed call from me and my significant other. Adding that her phone only rings twice before it stops ringing. When she pulled the truck up, she was again on her phone taking her personal call. (Assuming it was personal based on the language used). Leading me to believe that if she missed our calls she was probably taking that personal phone call. Furthermore, I had received a 15' trunk instead of the 10' that I asked for. There were no charges applied to this "upgrade" and I was provided a refund for the gas difference from a Uhaul case manager, after the manager told me that they typically don't do refunds. When i made it apparent that I would let Uhaul know, she made it a point to say that she doesn't work for Uhaul... I also want to add that, instead servicing the customer who had a rental at 9 a.m she serviced another individual who had not yet made a reservation...

It was a last minute request since the other company I was going to use dropped the ball twice. It was a great experience and I will be using Uhaul for my future moving needs. Thank you for getting me out of a bind with your 5 star service and availability.
