The location was far from the location I reserved at. I was given the run around about the time and the drop off of the unit. The unit was very clean and everything worked accordingly and the staff at the location weee fine

steering was way way off making it very difficult to drive the truck safely and was told it had 1/4 tank gas at pick up it did not

JOSHUA RWe used the self pickup option. I had to shop vac the back of the truck out prior to using. Inside the cab of the truck was dirty, dusty, and smelled of cigarette smoke. I reserved a dolly for 2 days along with the truck. No dolly inside back of truck. I returned the truck a day early and went inside to return the keys. I informed them that I did not receive the dolly and should not be charged. She said they would let them know and wrote a note. I get my receipt today showing the charge for something I did not receive.
