glen mWe ended up with two flat tires on this trip at separate times. That's not acceptable upkeep.
Tom BI booked a 26’ Truck with a Trailer. I scheduled the pickup at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:45 and they didn’t know anything about the pickup. Employees had to call numerous people and a lady was called in to get us the truck. I waited at least 30 minutes before she arrived. She was nice to talk with, but couldn’t provide me the Trailer that I reserved and needed. She had no good answer why they couldn’t rent me one of the numerous trailers that was sitting outside. VERY FRUSTRATING!! NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME OR SCHEDULE. I will never use this business again! BTW- Your Truck is a gutless turd that needs an alignment!!
