We returned two trucks during the evening using the online process. This time it worked better but we received a call the next day that they couldn't locate our second truck. There was a last minute switch on the truck we were given in Chicago and that apparently caused an issue. After some discussion it appears that everything has been resolved.

The Cargo Van was new, clean, easy to drive and perfect for delivering two large items that would not fit in our company vehicles. Reviewing options and rates on the web site was easy, as was confirming and reserving on the phone. I also used and appreciated the on-line check-in. A minor improvement might be to clarify that gas is not included in the quoted rates - I wasn't sure until I picked up the van, and it probably had a bit less than it was supposed to, and I replaced a bit more. I'll definitely use the service again.

The service wasn't the best. I was initially given thw wrong equipment. When brought to the reps attention, it appeared to be an attitude because he had to redo the contract for the correct equipment. Location wise, it is easily accessible. Customer Service was not friendly at all.

I reserved my truck online with a credit card with no problem, my problem came when I informed the person that I wanted to keep everything on my credit card, but was told I had to put up 100 cash and could not hold it on my card, but once I returned the truck, I would be able to get my cash back. That was not the case, once I returned the truck and tried to use my credit card, I was told by someone else that once I put the cash up it canceled out my credit card. I got the run around for about 30minutes, and was told flat out sorry nothing they can do, I have to pay with cash. I have rented uhaul truck in the past and have never had this problem

Earl at Bedford did a great job. Natalie and Deanna the U-Box people at both ends were excellent. My wife says they "Rock" However, the young man at the counter in the Bedford office needs more training. He sells things but has no idea of how to help customers who might be having questions or a problem.

The customer service was substandard at best. I received not greeeting as I walked into the door. I was not advised as to a hold being applied to my account, nor was I advised as to how much this hold would be. I was informed when I returned the vehicle that a hold of $80 was put onto my card. The issue is that the hold was not for $80 the hold was for $92. The issue hasn't been resolved and the associates(including the GM) at this store are very dismissive and rude when it comes to money. I tried explaining the problem, but I keep getting what seems like a scripted answer. My issue is not with the amount of time it takes the hold to come off, it's the fact that $12 is unaccounted for and uhaul isn't willing to take responsibility for a hold that was made to my account. I have used this location multiple times as I own multiple homes in the Maple/Bedford area. I have also referred many of my tenants to this uhaul location. Unless this issue is handled correctly and promptly in a professional manner, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
