The truck would not start due to it having a bad battery. It was the only truck available so I had no choice but to give it and jump and use it. After letting the u-haul representative know, she didn’t offer a discount or refund. I had to call customer service to ask about it. Still waiting for a response. There was no uhaul office at the pickup site to service the truck.
