I had a great experience renting a U-Haul cargo van from Deleague because of an awesome employee named Mike. First he helped me get the U-Haul out of a tight spot when someone had parked me in. Then, when U-Haul couldn't help me with a reservation issue over the phone, Mike took care of everything himself on the computer. He made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. All of this happened in the evening, and frankly I don't know what I would have done if Mike hadn't been there to help me. He was friendly, laid back, and great at his job. I'll definitely rent from Deleague and encourage others to do the same.

Why do you charges me twice?
Vasyl B.Have the rental van available so a person doesn't spend two hours getting to and from the location for no reason. Also, some signage at the location with instructions would be nice.

yanis B.Everything was good the service was great but, the truck made a very strange noise when ever I stop on a red light, I would have to put the truck on neutral when ever I stoped, to stop the loud noise. It also had very strong oder a bad oder so I had to keep the windows down other than that it was good
