This location was good, U-Haul as a whole is sub-par at best. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone

Good guys at the location
JOHN WIncompetent you should pay your clients for doing the work you were supposed to do when they booked in advance. Making people wait long times just to tell them you don't have the equipment is such a sick in the head thing to do. I hope you never make people suffer like you did January 31st.
