I don't know whose fault it was, but I was quoted $160 online, then this location was going to charge me $320. It was some sort of computer error. It took 45 minutes to get it resolved - a HUGE waste of my time. Again, I don't think it was this location's fault, but there isn't any place for me to express my frustration except by location. The man at this site was pleasant and worked to resolve the issue.
