I was supposed to have furniture blankets included in my rental. When I picked up the truck via the Uhaul app because the location was closed there were no blankets in the truck. The app was not reflecting the correct pick up location for me which meant I had to call the customer service number. Spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting until I got a service member who got me through the app and pick up of the truck.

This was the original location I wanted to pick up my truck up at. It cost me extra to be able to simply drop the truck here after my move . I feel that when I make a reservation with plenty future notice, if the truck isn’t available...it should be driven to this location. If my reservation is excepted then it should be on U-Haul to provide the check at the location chosen by the customer.

U-Haul is not this facility's primary function and it shows. The access gate opens and closes on a timer which may prevent rental pickup outside of office hours. If returning outside of office hours, park outside of the gate to avoid locking your vehicle inside. Pay close attention to office hour exemptions. I got in and out with only minor delays - just make sure to call up the facility ahead of time and make sure to start your rental during office hours.

Confusing process and lack of available information prior to pickup. Truck was not in the spot noted on the app and 24 hour support number was not answered. Eventually was able to pick up the truck but very frustrating

A Uhaul rep called me the day before my scheduled pickup to let me know that I was good to go. Problem is, my scheduled pickup place was closed on the day of my pickup for a Christmas party. After I was informed that Uhaul knew my pickup place would be closed, I called Uhaul customer service. After being bounced around to four different people, I finally spoke with a surly representative who said that it didn’t matter my trip was now a day behind. The only thing he could do was apply a corporate policy $50 reduction for my inconvenience. I had to cancel my scheduled stops during my two days of travel. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone. However, Karma came into play as my rental truck took a rock off the windshield during my first day of travel. The travel insurance I purchased from Uhaul came in quite handedly.

VEHICLE WAS DIRTY WHEN I PICKED IT UP I ALSO WAS NOT BROUGHT TO THE VEHICLE TO DO A WALK AROUND. WHEN I STARTED THE VEHICLE IT FELT LIKE IT BARLEY WANTED TO STAY RUNNING VERY SLUGGISH AND IDLEING ROUGH THE TRANSMISSION ALSO FELT VERY BAD IT FELT LIKE IT WAS HAVING PROBLEMS SHIFTING WHICH WAS QUITE CONCERNING BEING THE TRUCK HAD LOW MILEAGE OVER ALL WAS JUST VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RENTAL THIS TIME HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS WITH UHAUL BEFORE!

The truck was full of dirt. As we were Inspect g it she said oh I guess I could sweep it out like it would be a big favor to us. The trucks are supposed to be clean when you rent them!

The office worker was 45 minutes late! No one was there when I needed to pick up the truck. I run a hotel so this cost me a lot of money because I had staff members waiting to move things! When she arrived at 9:40 she did not even apologize! She just stated nonchalantly that she had had a physical therapy appointment. I said that I had called the night before to confirm my early pick-up time and was waiting fir more than forty-five minutes as I had gotten there early! The evening office confirmed a 9:00 am pick-up the night before. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Truck ordered was a 15ft truck, I do not believe that's what we received but were charged for, 99 cents a mile is a bit ridiculous for in town moving, I have never been charged so much. We went over a couple hours on our rental and were charged for a full day, had I known that I would've just kept it for another full 24 hours

The call center of Uhaul is helpful and professional. However, when picking up the truck, it was not a 3 seater or one long seat for 3 people to sit on. It was two bucket seats. We had to rig a seat in the middle for a 10 hour drive. Unsafe! The truck was clean. The insurance was not explained so that extra $110.00 left us at zero dollars and we had to borrow gas money to get from ME to VA. We were tired and hungry from an uncomfortable ride due to seating issue.

Mileage in computer was (and apparently still is ) wrong compared to odometer. Almost had to pay for 140 miles not driven by me. The mileage on the invoice completely at odds with odometer.

Trucks were snowed in. I had to warm up and clean off truck prior to leaving. Too about 45 minutes to start process of renting until I was able to leave with truck. Return was done prior to business closing for day (according to hours) but rental was not completed until 2 business days after.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Truck not available. Had to drive over an hour out of my way (after driving to/from this location) to pick up a truck. Then when I returned it I was charged an extra fee of $200! I will never use this location again.
