Atendee showed up late,didn't hook trailer to my vehicle, answered a personal call while I waited,not FRIENDLY
JOSEPH MThe box was dirty. Previous renters spilled gasoline or oil which was mixed with dirt but not fully cleaned out. Truck drove fine and our move was accomplished despite the condition.
DON EFront desk person charged me for afemve and did not ask that is theft I haveinsurancethat would cover an accident and very rude. He acted like we were stupid and needed education on uhaluls I have been renting the last 30 years, I will never go bak and yall need to send me my money back. Rep said he was watching a you tube video on how to fix something that pertains to house and we interrupted him. Very rude never ever again.
