Front desk person charged me for afemve and did not ask that is theft I haveinsurancethat would cover an accident and very rude. He acted like we were stupid and needed education on uhaluls I have been renting the last 30 years, I will never go bak and yall need to send me my money back. Rep said he was watching a you tube video on how to fix something that pertains to house and we interrupted him. Very rude never ever again.
