Could not find a key drop off spot. Called support they said I would have to wait until they opened today but alas they did not open and I still have the key….

This wasn’t a drop off location. I spent 2 1/2 hours trying to drop off the uhaul truck. This location had no where to leave the key. I called them and no one answered. Someone did text me back after I left a SMS. They confirmed it wasn’t a place to drop off. Took it to the fairgrounds location and sat there 2 hours.
JACQUEA NThe location was closed when we arrived at the location. I called the number on the receipt. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very cordial and helpful. He made the return very easy.
BRIAN SThe onset of my experience was terrible ! The operators in that area was extremely nice. She re-routed me to the Homewood location and the gentleman in there was very nice.
Lijessica MThis was literally the worst Uhaul experience EVER. No one was at the location unti 2 hours later, no dolley as I rented then the truck's gas light was on. Plus I was over charged. Definitely would not recommend!
