got sent to the mulch place at first, the guy that runs that was a complete waste of skin. Complained to uhaul corporate and they sent me to text a cab guy and he was the best. I will only deal with him ever again

Our truck size and pick up time changed even though we made reservations a few weeks in advance. We called uhaul but they refused to help. Next move won't be with uhaul.

Better coordination between online order and the actual physical site. I got two different confirmation responses-one for a pickup truck and one for a cargo van. Confusing!

It was not the fault of the attendant. He did very well working in an impossible situation. The system was down when I arrived and it took 45 minutes to checkout. Even when I was pre-checked in. The attendant called his supervisor for assistance and she dumped him off to the mobile app which he had no experiencing using. He then had to call the supervisor back for further assistance. In the end he released me out of frustration with no printed contract. I was given the old carbon form. Really bad training by u-haul to let attendant's know what to do when the computer is not available.

Don't use uhaul ever!!!!

First, they were 2 hours late. My appointment was at 8am and nobody showed up until 10am. Second, buy them a freaking generator that way they won’t have to use the 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Text-a-cab to run the shed, or should I say “office”. Oh and the Jeep ran out of gas while I was there. Finally, the employee asked if I was the guy who was there around 8. Turns out she saw me come multiple times and didn’t bother to come out of the camper behind the Jeep, which I’m assuming to be the local head quarters. To her credit she was very polite and apologetic, but c’mon. Sincerely, Future Penske/Budget renter

No assistance in hooking up at all. I needed a smaller hitch ball and was directed to Walmart - he had none in stock. The right rear light was out and I was told to go to another location to have it replaced. He also gave no assistance in hooking up the dolly, I had to move it, lift it and hook it up all by myself.

My reservation was scheduled on April 20, 2018. I set the time for 8am. This place scheduled hrs begin at 8:30am. Your scheduling office did not at anytime notify me of the time difference!! Shouldn’t I get a credit?

I did call back after renting this truck to report that the heater control was not working properly. Was offered a replacement truck but given my short drives I kept the truck for the two days. But given warmer weather is coming the next person may not appreciate having hot air on all the time.

The person that rents U-Hauls at NRV mulch was very rude and when he put in my reservation it was all wrong and then after I tried calling him back he would not answer the telephone and when he finally did tell answer the telephone he was very rude to me

The guy at the place was very nice. My biggest issue was my reservation was for 8am but the place didn't open until 8:30. He also showed up about 15 minutes late but apologized. So uhaul scheduled the wrong time knowing the hours of the place didn't open for another 30 minutes. After it was all said and done we were an hour later than what I had scheduled my movers to be there. I had hired 4 guys at $10/hr and therefore it costed me an extra $40 because of your miss handling of the reservation.

They overcharged me for the miles I drove. I made 2 trips in town for less than 50 miles and was charged for 159 miles. Next time I will take a picture of the odometer before turning the car in
