I spoke to Roger 2 times before I arrived to pick up my rental truck. He was VERY helpful & advised me on the best plan to rent my truck. I was terrified to drive a big truck liket I had never driven before & he gave me advice about how to make turns etc. He was very friendly & helpful! I highly recommend this location!!!

The gentlemen who waited on me needs more training on the computer program used by uhaul!! He has no idea what he’s doing and that’s why I’m getting a promissory note/invoice for a truck that was rented over a month ago!! This was the 2nd time I’ve used this facility and will be the very last time I ever go here!!! I had the same problems the 1st time, rented a dolly which he forgot to put in the truck and I didn’t realize it till I was ready to use the dolly and didn’t even have one!!! Yes, he credited my $7.00 back to me but that sure didn’t help me load any of the heavy furniture and boxes I had to move!! When you deal with this man what should normally take a quick 20-30 minutes to pick up the rental truck ends up taking over an hour both times I’ve been there because he has to start over multiple times to correct his repeated mistakes!! He was nice but needs a whole lot more training on the computer program uhaul uses!!! So now I’m receiving a bill for something that was put on a hold on my checking account and should’ve already been paid for!!! If this employee would’ve known what he was doing this could have been prevented so I will never go back to this location and I will also let all my friends & family know not to use them either!! I’m very disappointed & dissatisfied with my service here!!!!!!!!

So I promise I do not want to come off as a jerk at all. But I’ll be honest I will never rent from this location or possibly any uhaul again. -So I drove the truck 18 total miles. I put 3 gallons of gas in the truck. Surely this truck gets 6-7 mpg. But I got charged for gas. The check in guy claims the gas needle was lower. That is not true. (I am going by tomorrow to look again) -I got charged a cleaning fee. I am certain there was ZERO trash in the truck. Since I turned in the truck 4 hours early I called and said I will come down now and clean it. He says “he already cleaned it” :) Claims he took pictures, so I said send me those pics and he said he would. He never did :) Again I really don’t want to sound like a jerk but what happened Just is not right. I’ll be honest and say even my wife says “let it go matt, who cares it’s $35-40 but for me it’s simply the principle! Again I don’t want to sound like a jerk. This is literally the first negative survey I’ve ever filled out in my life. But what transpired today simply it not right Happy to chat with anyone Matt 405-501-8830

I found the staff extremely professional and caring. They provided excellent customer service. I found the online reservation simple and easy to use. I attempted to contact the area representative Brian Olsen. He did not answer his phone or attempt to return my phone call. You might suggest that for future customers that he actually make himself available.

The truck you supposed was incredibly nice to drive, I kind of hated to turn it back in. I was able to maintain the speed limit on all but the steepest hills. You people were very great to work with and I will gladly use U Haul again.

Ensure the when a customer reserves a number of packing blankets online, the the pickup location actually has them prior to scheduled customer pickup.

Hire people that act like they care about the customer. They need to put notifications on the internet that they close for lunch so that the customer can plan around that (and not wait an hour to pick up their rental). Carry more equipment/materials in the store so the customer doesn’t have to go 2 miles away to buy from a third party. Offer better customer service training for the employees.
