I wish there was an "ish" on the equipment cleaned and well maintained, because overall, yes it was. However, there was a strong odor of cat urine in the cab of the truck, and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. Aside from those two items, everything was great.

Casey SThey are closed on Saturday and Sunday and trying to return trucks and trailers was a nightmare. People were parking everywhere. It was a free-for-all.
KEN EI am not sure if this is an issue with this particular location or U-Haul in general but the equipment that we reserved was not available at the original location, which was closer to my home. This location was 23 miles away that I had to travel to in order to pick up the equipment because of a reported shortage. This cost me extra in gas, although they did add extra miles to my allowance.
