The virtual assistant was the least helpful thing ever. Finally when a person showed up after 35 minutes we were helped. He was great but the virtual assistant was basically useless.

I pay the same as the past and have to deal with a virtual attendant....??? I call back to have my furniture pads changed from 12 to 6.....because only 6 were in the bag.....I was told my contract would be changed to 6.....it wasn't.

William GThe truck we were supposed to have did not work when we took a picture of the license and it came out as another license. Therefore we had to get another truck. The whole process took too much time. We were asked if we wanted insurance that would cost $5.00. On the receipt we see that we were charged $5 for "safe trip" and we were also charged $15 for "safe move". This is misrepresentation and is also called stealing! The virtual attendants that we had were very pleasant but given the whole process, we would never recommend this business.!
DAVID SThere was no on there, you have to do everything virtually. They never gave me my dolly but charger me for it. Check in and drop off took meat longer than if you just order from somewhere that actually has someone.
