I called to have my drop off location changed to the Southfork location, was told that it had been changed, and when I arrived the man who worked there said he had no information about it. He refused to get in contact with anyone to confirm the change too so I dropped off at the 45 st location instead. The guy at the southfork location was absolutely useless and rude.

Veronique PThis location is one of the best uHaul locations I have ever dealt with. The equipment is always well maintained, clean and ready to go. There is always someone at the front desk ready to support you and the transaction is always quick. They close at 4:30pm so plan accordingly, I have needed trailers after this time and have had to go to other uHaul locations.
Michael NWhen we walked into drop the truck off there was no one the store area. When I called to find out if they were open. The lady was very rude and condescending on the phone and when we went in the store she was just as rude and condescending. Later on on a phone call she was more helpful but her first impression was not good.
