A/C broken, loading ramp broken. Checked in the day before. Which was pointless. Had to do everything a second time. There was barely any internet service so the app would just spin. Took 25 minutes just to upload the license that had already been uploaded the day before. The back of the truck was open about 18", the passenger door wasn't latched, the hood wasn't latched, which we didn't realize until it came open. Just a bad experience all around.

Parked, walked in. Open sign was on, was dark inside, man at counter was talking to people they freaked out told me they are close to get out. I said I was dropping off they said to use the drop box . I walked outside the man then came out asked if I put the keys in the box yet I said no he asked where I parked so I pointed he asked if I seen the signs that said no parking over there, looked around and asked what signs, he pointed at a sheet of paper on a light post on the other side of the lot. Then he asked if I could read. I then let him know that's not a sign that's a sheet of paper and I don't read lost dog post. He was irate and an asshole. Will never go there again
Kurt SBest uhaul ever. Funny guys. Nice. Pawnshop lots of cool stuff to look at.
JAMIE JWhen booking online I was not told that there would be a $1 per mile charge over a certain amount of miles, the additional $300+ dollar charge was a very unpleasant surprise. You need to clearly define that in your contract and it might be in the fine print but I did not see it.
