Cab of truck smelled heavily of smoke, but that is the fault of the previous user. Location is super convenient as it’s open 24 hours, has a good truck inventory and was super fast.

Customer service was terrible. There should be an attendant dealing only with uhaul. The worker at this location was not very knowledgeable thereby making the process of simply picking up a truck very daunting.

The rental I got had a broken side mirror. It was taped on and with every bump in the road the mirror would move. I had to drive without being able to see out of it at night time. Beyond that I was charged for insurance when I ordered it without it. My rental came out to 71.34 when I was expecting to pay closer to $21. This is the second time I rented and it was a far different experience, I didn’t even see a contract or sign anything like the first time. I feel like they took advantage of me by not only giving me an unsafe vehicle but not even giving me a contract, they didn’t even walk me to the vehicle to check me in. When I returned the vehicle I saw a different employee then I had from earlier with another customer. He was checking in that customers so clearly that is part of the job.

Only 1 person is able to attend the Uhaul customers. The cashier has to call this person, and thru the phone he needs to tell the Uhaul customer attendant the details of the order. They make it a extremely long and annoying process. All of the orders are processed from a iphone, not one computer for the Uhaul orders

The pick up was very easy and fast. However, dropping off the agent had no idea what the procedure was. He did not give me a receipt and stated it was not his job. I had to take pictures of everything just in case i got overcharged or encountered a problem. His attitude was very nasty and he was not willing to assist. He actually gave me the keys back and told me to bring the uhaul back in the morning. Unacceptable smh

Although the respresentative reviewed my order he failed to provide me the dolly and furniture pads which I rented. It wasn’t until after I drove off I remembered that they were not given to me. Even though I paid to rent 6 furniture pads, there were only 5 available. The truck was blocked by a car on two separate occasions before I was able to pull the car out ( location is at a gas station where people freely park their cars). Please have reserve parking for uhaul trucks where cars do not block them when trying to back out.

Parking lot is extremely difficult to navigate in a UHaul. Parking the truck was the hardest part of our journey. That being said, the staff were prompt and helpful.

I had a reservation for 12pm at this location to use for a 6 hour period. When I arrived at 12:05 the representative for uhaul was no where to be found. The gas station attendant was communicating with the said person on the phone as well as trying to have the transaction done on the phone even though I had already made my reservations on the 800 number with uhaul. 50 minutes later I was able to get a truck, with no equipment that I had reserved and the gas was on quarter tank. Very unhappy with the service!

I have been incorrectly charged for the vehicle that I was provided. I was not provided proper information or paperwork prior to being given the vehicle. I intend to address this issue with Uhaul customer service. This experience is filled with undue stress. I don’t expect to utilize the company’s services again.

I had to travel to new location without any advanced notice - so I had to arrive at the location that didn't have a U-haul and then travel to this location. This U-Haul location, if you could even call it that, was the most sketchy thing I have ever seen in my life. I arrived at a gas station and there was seemingly no one there to help me. I asked to random people on the street if there was a location where they sell U-Hauls and they said they sold the U-Haul and started asking me for my debit card information. It turned out that they were in fact the people selling the U-Haul, but gave no sign of verification and there was no office or place to meet them. The man who serviced me recently called me nearly 10 hours after I returned my rental and told me that I damaged the car. I know I didn't hit anything, but he told it was damaged even though it had been sitting in the parking lot of a public gas station for 10 hours after I left it. He was extremely rude to me over the phone. If you can, never go to this location. I will be filing a personal complaint with U-Haul and hopefully getting this guy removed from their selling list. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
