TRAVIS CWhat a joke. Thieves charged a $25 cleaning fee for a piece of paper the size of a nickel. What a rip off they are. Do not rent here.
Eric EMy biggest disappointment is that the UHaul app did not function properly and I did not get an email with the code necessary for me to move forward in the process so i could check the truck in and I was stuck with the $20 admin fee. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in as many times as I have rented from UHaul.
