Although I would recommend this location to a friend I doubt i would recommend uhaul. It was awful! The uhaul software was not working an frize up on the employee computer screen seal time. It took over 40 minutes just to pull up the paperwork. Apparently this happens a lot and a friend said she had the same problem at a different location. Uhaul you need to fix your software it sucks. If it hadn't been for the nice employees at ace hardware finding a work around we would probably still be waiting. Haul you can do better!

BRIAN IWe dropped the truck off after the location was already closed. It was easy, dropbox was easy to locate. The ONLY thing that needs attention is a HUGE pothole in the parking lot. It’s so large that we would’ve had to call roadside assistance if we missed seeing it.
