Our ramp from our car trailer was missing the clip to keep it in place. The ramp came completely off in the middle of the intersection and we had to turn around and retrieve it. Blocking the whole intersection for 10 minutes, police involvement. Was not a great time! Then when we returned our rental we had the proper amount of gasoline we were asked to return it with, a little under half a tank. We were charged for 12 gallons to fill the vehicle up. I am NOT happy with our agreements not being followed.
