The location was closed we were scheduled to pick up Saturday the 3rd at 10 am we got there and they were closed sign said they open at 11am. I called customer service Pete said they would be open at 10 just to wait we waited until 11:13am called back spoke to Hewitt she sent link to open up the truck. This could of been done at 10am we lost the guys helping us to load cause they were only available until 11:30 we got into the truck at 11:34am. Will NEVER use uhal again

Our experience with Burien mattress was fine but our original reservation was for JP Automotive (on Ambaum) and our experience with JPAutomotive and with UHaul customer service on the phone was a NIGHTMARE. We were meant to do a pick up from JP Automotive by cell phone but when I began the process on my phone I was told to check in in person. The business was locked and a small sign on the door said they were no longer doing pick ups by cell phone. I tried calling the UHaul help line and twice I was disconnected after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes. When I called back on a different number I was told by recording that the wait time would be 20-30 minutes. When I finally got a customer service rep on the phone they changed my reservation to Burien Mattress. They were not apologetic about my experience to that point. We did finally get the truck but our experience was awful.
