The only thing I didn’t like was the self check in and check out using your phone. Internet connection wasn’t the greatest had some problems sending photographs and such. Other than that, the truck was great.

ANN MThe drop off location was a gas station and the inside staff new little about the procedure. Also, the app used to return it was frustrating. U-Haul did a nice job with a video on how it should work. The app did not work well. It would not except the pictures I was taking. It was VERY frustrating. It took me about 30 minutes because of the photo issues.
