The service was great and the Uhaul app is very thorough in explaining how to proceed with each step, with the help of demonstration videos as well. If you're a hands-on person needing face-to-face like me, Barnett Body Shop's workers are open to assisting as much as they know how.
Mckimley OThe only issue I had was the truck that I reserved two weeks prior was not available and I did not get a phone call from U-Haul until 6 PM the night before my move. I had to take a much smaller truck, and my move took three times as long. This had nothing to do with the Barnettes body shop location, just U-Haul in general has poor business practices.
