We had no problem with Joys Food Mart, the problem was the tires on the trailer were worn down and should have been replace a long time ago.

The rental vehicle had evidence of drug use and lots of trash leftover from the previous users. The location owner was over 30 minutes late for our pickup appointment, which was very detrimental to our moving experience. Our rented vehicle was parked in by several other rental vehicles and equipment, which further delayed our move. The location owner also charged my credit card twice.
Ryan AIt is fine for drop off, but I wouldn’t start my rental there. It is a busy gas station versus a dedicated UHAul facility. Not sure there is the same level of care for the equipment. Takes longer as staff deals with gas and ship customers Handy location for us though for drop off. Right off the interstate.
ANN HI declined rental tow coverage but it was added on at the store. Seems like a sneaky thing to do.
BRYON MThe tires on the trailer were desperately in need of replacement. The steel belts were showing on 1 of them with dangerously low pressure.
