I rented a 15ft truck, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't available, forcing me to accept a smaller vehicle since I had already paid people to help with the move and reserved the elevator. Ultimately, due to the late delivery and the insufficient truck size, I couldn't finish my move, causing me financial loss and immeasurable stress. Although the attendant was extremely helpful and polite, the company as a whole greatly disappointed me and caused me financial loss, which is terrible and unacceptable.

The fuel tank was not in the level indicated on the order receipt, they had barely 1/8 of the tank after driving 8km I got the low fuel warning. In the receipt it showed 1/4 of fuel. Hope this kind of “mistakes” stops.

Gilbert AFirst of all, we originally rented a u-haul from the 16th ave NW location which was closer for us and would reduce distance fee. When we got there, the truck was not in service and we had to go to the 9th ave SW location. They didn’t tell us in advance that the truck was not in service, they had all morning to tell us. The truck we got from the SW location got stuck in snow multiple times and the tires felt like summer tires and it was extremely slippery and dangerous to drive on. Finally, they charged us the extra distance we had to drive to and from the new location in the SW which was a lot further for us and they gave us no compensation or discount. The grand total for this whole experience costed us much more than we expected. Terrible experience.
John HGoing forward the best policy or way would be to fill the uhauls to full as drop off locations dont agree with the 7/8 of a tank and want it full tank
