Make sure the vehicles are at the location booked. I booked for a different location and was moved farther away, promised more mileage than told I could have extra mileage. Not very happy with that.

Todd LThe U-Haul app would not provide the address of the drop off location when I clicked on 9 Ave Retail. It would not show the address or provide directions to the drop off location. After driving for two days, unloading up three flights of stairs, and then getting lost in an unfamiliar city trying to return the truck, I would recommend finding a different solution for moving.
Kevin LUnfortunately, there is no mobile pick up available in this location, based on what the representative told me.
