The trailer I had reserved two weeks prior to my pick up date was not at the location I wanted to pick it up at. I was called a little over 1 hour prior to my pick up time to inform me of the issue. I had to travel around 20 miles to pick up the trailer I wanted at the closest location. This was very inconvenient but they really worked with me at reducing the cost of my rental to compensate for the inconvenience. The pick up location did a great job once I got there.
JON JWasn't my original drop off location but Uhaul sent me there to drop off truck. The place I had picked was open 24 hours so had to do the self drop off at this location.
