No complaints about the location, but U-Haul changed it within the last hour. It was way too far from my actual pickup spot. Since it was last-minute, I had to accept it, and while they offered a $50 credit, it definitely wasn't enough. Not a good service from U-Haul.

Told me there was no drop-off procedure/paperwork to do. Went back to the trailer to take pictures of the return and noticed a decal that stated that if I didn't confirm the drop-off via the app/website a service fee would be charged. Needles to say, I went through the return process myself and, so-far, no additional charges.....read the fine print, so to speak!
Brett THad a small problem with billing ( Uhaul software problem )and Sammy looked after me and got the billing issue straightened out , good guy will do business again .
