Returned vehicle and no drop off location for key. Called customer service got transferred to 5 different reps because it wasn’t there area and they didn’t want to deal with it so kept sending me in circles to different reps. Finally, the last representative recommended locking the key in the vehicle. The key was locked and stored in center console. The return on the app was seamless however the location was not prepped for a key return. It was extremely disappointing and time consuming that I kept getting sent to different customer reps because it wasn’t there area.

Dropped off here after picking up elsewhere. Owner was not on site when the office was supposed to open. No drop box. No answers to my calls. The lot is a dump. Finally when I got through to the owner later they said to leave the keys in ignition or under the seat. Bad experience.

Even though the rep for U Haul wasn’t there, the auto-body shop manager took the van return, and all details, and promised to pass them on to the rep. I am satisfied.
