I reserved a 20' truck and none where available in my area. I was told I was upgraded to a 26' at no additional cost. After the move was over and I compared costs I learned I did not get upgraded at no cost, I paid full price for the 26' truck. This upgrade not only cost more to rent but my ferry fees increased due to the extra 6' of truck.
TREVOR SThe u-haul app that I needed to use for the return was very challenging to use. I ended up having to call directly and waited an hour to do the drop off because of the U-haul side.

CHERYL SWhen we submitted my husband’s DL the day before pick up they saw his licence had expired (unbeknownst to him) it would have been helpful if they had notified us right away. It was too late to do anything about it when we picked up. We also picked up the trailer before the pick up time we indicated on our order and were not informed that we had to return the trailer within 48 hours of actual pick up time, not the time shown on the documents.
