I was charged over 125 dollars for a 2 hr rental and 40 km driven, what a scam.Advertised at 19.99 for a day.I paid 60 dollars an hour! Honour your advertised price!I will not be using uhaul any more as that is a ridiculous price to pay for 2 hours for a van!

Was returning truck on a Monday and was informed only open till 1:00 PM. Which seemed odd to me but left the truck and key for a self return

DAVID VIt would be 100% if there were someone available to help with the hookup & hitch requirements should it be necessary. If I came on my own to your office, I wouldn’t be able to rent from you as I would have needed help.
