Better app that is user friendly. More manpower to help with app pickups and returns. It takes over an hour to talk to someone. Pathetic. Hire people with compassion when the customer has a terrible experience. You should partial refund the customer. Saying sorry doesn't cut it. Put your money where your mouth is. Maybe the people working for you will do better. Last time we will ever use your company.

Matias BThe hitch and lock were barely useable. I was not able to re-lock the truck since the word lock was jammed and could not close. Every time we tried to open the truck latch it was a battle.
