The overall experience picking up the truck was horrible! Clerk was so rude and not willing to verify my rental! I literally had to call Uhal to have them speak to the clerk and he refused to talk to the Uhal representative. I had to get on the phone with the store owner just to verify my rental! I thought using the app was supposed to be hassle free! Moving is hard enough but to have to explain myself in a store full of customers was simply ridiculous!
