Absolutely nothing
MARIA SYes, Everything was ready and was taken care of. The process was speedy.
Bryan SThe location was fine and the lone employee was exceptional. The problem was Uhaul's computer system which was so slow it took forever to assist customers. Not the employee's fault, Uhaul IT department needs an upgrade because this is apparently an ongoing problem.
