Requested rental from Elmwood—much larger and conveniently located pick up Uhaul rental and storage store. Frink location was an automotive repair shop very out of the way. Nice people, helpful but not as requested.

To display a price of 19.95/29.94 etc and then charge around 10 times that when all is done, is a bit exorbitant in my opinion. I won't be using a u-haul rental ever again.

Benjamin LLocation was closed. Had to park truck in a field out back. This was not the location I chose with my on-line reservation and was not a convenient location. I was charged extra for milage when I was told I would not. I would be very hesitant to rent a one-way U-Haul again.
EDWARD HThis was not the location I chose on my original reservation which was confusing and inconvenient. Troutwine themselves is excellent. But UHaul’s reservation system is very irritating. Why have us even go through the process if you’re just going to change everything. Also the reservation for moving blankets was eliminated when you changed my reservation which lost you this sale.
