This location did not appear in the Uhaul app when I tried to return the truck. And the location is closed Sunday so I had to call Uhaul and go through several steps with multiple reps, very inconvenient. Also, the key return slot at this location is not large enough to accommodate the key/ring/tag combo so I had to separate them and insert them separately.

This location was hard to find. Suggest some kind of UHaul sign or logo out front.

Samuel P.Horrible experience. I rented the truck and equipment a week ahead of my arrival. As I am pulling into the location I get a call from the people who run this location, telling me my dolly is not available, that they rented it out to someone else. Then they told me "to bad", 'not our problem", "we don't guarantee the equipment" and that they knew it was rented out but didn't call be prior to let me know because "we don't have to" I also prepaid on the app and did mobiel pick up, but of course when I got there they didn't have mobile pick up, I had to go inside, give them my ID, card ( everything I did online ahed of time) and get the keys. Very unprofessional and would never do business with them again. They also run Southern Shores Real Estate Group, which I'd stay away from.
