Better communication between the call center and the branch. I called when I realized that it would be after hours for return. I did not know that my call had been routed to the call center. I was told that the on-line check in does not work for trailers so just leave the trailer in the area under the normal check in area. She said the camera would tell anyone the time by the time stamp. She said there would be no charge because the check in app did not work for trailers. When I went to check on that about 8 the next morning, there was the 20 dollar after hours check in fee on my bill. After several minuets ROLANDA ORTIZ-LIGGINS was able to process the credit for the 20.00 after I explained what I was told on the phone. She said this is NOT the first time that the call center had told a customer something that is not true. Please get everyone on the same page. 1)She said that she has no way of seeing that tape. 2)She siad the app DOES work for trailers. Thank you, Brent Sears c-304-542-5854

I had some issues trying to get ahold of the store but as far as the call center the call center is awesome but the North Charleston West Virginia location I wouldn't recommend them to anybody the managers rude he's argumentative and it just seems like they do as little as possible

don’t know when you started charging $20 if i didn’t verify a equipment return online but i do know i rent all the time and have never been charged for it before and wish i had been told i had such an option.

I was charged the $20 convenience fee, even though I spent about 20 minutes checking it in. I did everything it said and they still charged me. It's bull crap anyway, it was much easier before. If anything they just made it a huge inconvenience for the customers.
