The vehicle was very dirty and location for pick up was sketch. The guy at pick up was very rude and throwing packages around.

Location was not clear or marked, employee was NOT helpful and didn't feel knowledgeable, and we didn't feel particularly safe. Would probably choose a different location in town if needed in the future.

Angel GI had a terrible experience. I had a reservation for 7am and the employee didn't arrive until 720 and then couldn't log into the system and had us waiting and then we ended up having to go online to even get the truck. The truck interior was very dirty, it looked like soda or some sticky substance was all over the floor of the cab and it was stinky.
Joe OUhaul system was down but Adrian went to great lengths to get my rental straightened out!
