PLEASE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE; This Dealer is a RIP-OFF he charges you extra fees in return because his Business is not doing very well. So to make sure he makes some money he over charges his Uhaul Customers. He charged me $20.00 for cleaning in which I only moved (3) 65inch Brand New in the Box never opened Televisions and a Huge Wall Painting and he said he swept out a pile of dirt. How can a truck get dirty with (4) Brand New Wrapped Pieces. Uhaul needs to cancel his contract; he is a fraud.

After towing our 73 Ford Bronco, my son in law realized that the brakes on the trailer did not work and that the trailer tongue was bent. this left only 3 inches of clearance for the trailer leg. Before the next time this trailer is rented these problems need to be taken care of.

I am so glad these comments will be posted for public viewing as I will NEVER USE UHAUL again!! We showed up to location to pick up our 5x8 trailer. Paid in full. The attendant tried to hook up the trailer to our vehicle and said our vehicle hook up was not working and the trailer lights did not turn on. He told us to get it checked. We had just had it installed, so took the trailer and our car to the dealer to have it looked at. They told us it was NOT our vehicle and it was the trailer! The trailer had a 1.5 amp drop and corroded wires on the trailer! We called the place where we got the trailer and they were closing. Said they did not have another truck and could not fix the wiring. Sent us to a different location. The new location also did not have a 5x8 trailer and the technician that did electrical work was out. I insisted they get us a trailer!! They found one... 20 miles away! In heavy traffic we drive to ANOTHER location to get the trailer. Finally... 3 1/2 hours later we have a trailer. It was not hooked up properly and we had to stop two times to tighten the hitch. I called customer service and provided all information of my poor experience. I also asked for a full refund. I received an email 2 days later stating since we "eventually" got our truck we would only get a partial refund. Poor service, poor equipment, poor customer service... and now UHAUL will not stand by their name and issue a full refund. I will never use UHAUL or recommend to anyone I know!

I didn't want to purchase the insurance and at first the rep told me that I could use my insurance company. The owner came back and said that I had to purchase the insurance cause he didn't want his vehicle damage. Insurance was 10.00 and I only needed the truck for less than an hour. In an way I felt the statements the owner made was a slap in my face. I really didn't think it was mandatory for uhaul to make customers purchase insurance. Next time I will go to another location.

Just a drop off, I thought I put the gas needle where I found it but I was charged an additional $12. I did inquire but have not heard from the facility.

If I could give a rating lower than “poor” I would. I’m sure you guys hear that all the time. Anyway... the dickhead at this location said I returned 2 blankets instead of 5. Not only that he charged me $65 in cleaning charges because he said the truck was muddy inside the back. That’s total bs, it didn’t rain and I didn’t leave the truck in any worse shape than I received it in. Quite a scam he has going there. Long story short I’ll never rent another truck from you douchebags again. My time is worth something too. I spent 3 hours of driving and 2 hours on the phone with “customer service” just trying to find out where I’d be able to pick up a truck, this is after I’d already put in my credit card info and booked almost 2 weeks in advance. I can’t express to you how stressful this whole situation has been, the only bright side is how I’m going to drag the uhole name through the dirt on social media and to anyone who will listen. In total I spent over $500 to rent a truck for a one way trip that was less than 300 miles. I cannot began to explain just how bad of a taste in my mouth this whole experience has left me. I spent so much time and energy trying to get this situation resolved but it’s been no use. Emails, phone calls, in person. Every possible interaction has been subpar. You want to know what you can do to improve for the next customer?? Just have a truck there as promised, I rented it... why would I have to drive to another town to get it? Why would there be a question?? I was told there nothing within a 30 mile radius of where I was... this was after I had an order number and and entered all my info weeks in advance. Moving is stressful enough without overbooking your crappy equipment, the additional charges was the icing on the cake. What a joke... The next time I move I’m just going to put the stuff on the back of my truck and buy a tarp.

I'd rented multiple uhauls (even the weekend before) from elsewhere. The folks that run this place wanted personal information not related to my rental (my wife's name, her phone number, a military ID--and I'm not even in the military). It was a real pain and they kept acting as though I was being unreasonable when I said no to their requests. They canceled my original reservation and rebooked it, and ultimately it didn't allow enough mileage for me to go to my destination and return the truck which resulted in an additional charge. Customer service issue.
