Have people at the pickup store. The whole online thing sucks, also you left me a bad trailor. The wheels flew off on highway almost resulting in a serious accident , you're lucky you didn't get sued.

I have the done trip couple dozen times, the round trip always same amount of miles - I was changed an additional 60+ miles. With this over inflated amount of miles added, It will be hard to use uhaul equipment again. Sean Allen

We had no issues. Got everything we needed and on time.
The tire pressure was low the guy who helped out during the pick up was great. The guy who was there during the drop-off was very rude and unhelpful. You guys also charged me for a dolly that I never received.
Friendly and helpful customer service staff. Explained every thing clearly and to the point. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I don't understand the 20 fee for after hours return.
NEVER use this location again. I got a van were the flat tire already was on. However it was a very short drive what I needed this van for. ( Transportation of a refrigerator). The van has been dropped off full and clean. Remember, it was just a refrigerator in. This persons charged me $ 25 for " Cleaning" THIS IS FRAUD " . I will publishing this and saying it's a U-Haul Dealer. And I do this as long as I get the $ 25 back

Apparently the personnel did not check in my vehicle until after hours and charged me for an additional day. I am do not agree with this. Do not plan to use UHaul again.
I was charged $25 for cleaning but the truck was not clean when I got it although I cleaned up mine.

Rented truck at 1030am. Was told by attendant I had truck for 12 hours and if I brought it back after office hours just put key in drop box. Brochure states closing time is 7pm. I returned truck at 6:30pm and location was closed. Dropped key in box. Picked up any noticeable dirt in the back- (it was dark) and next day I saw a $20 late return fee and $25 cleaning fee on my card. Complained to management and was sent a pic of one small pile of dust they had to sweep out. They refunded the late return fee but not cleaning fee. Management was rude from the beginning. Staff are uneducated on the company policies and cleaning fee for 30 seconds of sweeping is ridiculous. Will never rent from Uhaul again.
I've never had a problem renting but this location is the worst. I called U-haul requesting to extend my rental by 2 hrs and was told yes it was fine, I used the app to return my equipment, following all instructions and taking necessary pictures. Next day I get my bill and not only get charged for 2-day rental but also a damn cleaning fee . NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!

Maybe a light above the boxes where you pick up / drop off the keys, it was early morning when I picked up my truck and still dark so it made it difficult to see the lock to put in the code to get the keys
I put in the request for a U-Haul yesterday evening to reserve a flatbed for 10:00 am today. Upon arriving, I checked-in via the app and could not find the keys. The truck door was locked so I called the number received from the chat. The customer service rep was helpful in getting into contact with the location manager. The location manager told the customer service representative that the reason the keys were not available was because of the time I reserved the U-Haul. The manager never came to provide the keys, so the customer service rep tried to help me find another location. However, there were not any locations available for a flatbed pick up prior to noon. I needed the truck for a furniture move at 1100. This issue was not a U-haul problem as a whole, I blame the location manager. If the time a truck is reserved plays a part in paying customers being able to pick up the truck, there should be a reservation cut off time. I recommend this location make changes to the reserve times they accept or that they check the return drop box regularly to ensure trucks are available for future customers.
