Christina AUsually it’s good. Today the cabin was a bit dirty. Not terrible, but not good. When I checked it back in, if I mentioned that it was dirty (which I did upon pick up), it wanted to charge me a cleaning fee - when I was just reporting again that the cab needed cleaning.
Matthew TI didn't reserve this location; you sent me there with no communication. The clerk was kind, but visibly overwhelmed and could do nothing without someone on the phone directing him. Everything about the experience felt unprofessional and shady.
