Calvin F.No mobile pickup. Website states this location allows it, it does not. Location did not have any dollys that were requested. Moving pads were not in truck but I was still charged for them.
Joshua C.Original reservation was at 7027 E 86th, Indianapolis. They had no trailer. Found one at the Cicero location. When I arrived there no one was there even though during posted business hours. Wait for them for about 20 minutes. When I returned trailer had to track someone down in the back of their lot. The rental was one big hassle.
