When we got there to pick up truck the 15 foot truck we needed was not available so we had to use a 20ft truck. We reserved a one way rental. We were forced to return to same location which then resulted in $52 additional on total rental because of extra miles to return truck. This was a huge inconvenience as the move location was in Dunwoody GA and truck was picked up near downtown Fairburn, GA. The flooring of the truck was dangerously slippy. Thankfully there were cloths on truck we could put on floor of truck so we would not slip and fall. The truck was just below 1/4 tank of gas, almost on EMPTY. The gentleman that helped with the rental was very nice and helpful and none of this was his fault, but still all of this made for a very poor rental experience. We will not rent from this location again nor recommend this location.
