There needs to be a thorough investigation of the uhaul facility and uhaul shops in Union City. I was sent to a laundry mat by a uhaul shop to return the truck. After calling uhaul customer service, they advised this was not their location. The actual location, the person acted as if nothing happened. The next return at 10am no one was even at the shop on a Monday. I will now stay away from anything dealing with this uhaul location.
